From the Insurance Log, Navigate to the claim you'd like to print

From the menu selection, select View

You will be redirected to a new tab showing the pdf version of the claim

On the top right of the page, select the Printer Icon

A pop up window showing a print preview will appear

Be sure to select your printer and select Print
