In TiQ, you have the ability to navigate more than one tab. With this feature, you can do things like navigating Client iQ and Calendar iQ at the same time! In this guide we will walk you through the steps to effortlessly open and organize multiple tabs, ensuring more efficient workflow. As a reminder, the Google Chrome Browser is recommended for a smoother TiQ navigation.
IMPORTANT: TiQ’s security protocol triggers a logout when a new login is detected, meaning if you're log into your TiQ account on multiple tabs within the same browser (or a different device or browser) TiQ will force a logout which may affect unsaved documents. To ensure your work is preserved, remember to save before opening a new login page.
