From the Client Profile select the Edit icon.
You will now see the Client Profile Editor page
Select the Client Relations Manager tab.
Select the Client ID
From the Type of Relation drop-down select Legal Guardian.
Optional you can type the Relationship to Client.
Select the checkboxes to give access permissions to the Legal Guardian Relation.
NOTE: By default, the 'Send Invite to Contact’s Portal' permission will be selected for these types of relations when adding a relation to the client profile.

Select the Create Relation button.
When the 'Send Invite to Contact’s Portal' permission is selected, clicking the 'Create Relation' button will display the portal settings pop-up.
NOTE: When you select 'Invite to Portal' in the portal settings pop-up, an invite is sent to the selected relation’s email.
IMPORTANT: If you don’t want the client relation to receive a client portal invitation, make sure that the Send Invite to Contact’s Portal permission is unchecked when saving the client relation.
Now from your Client Profile, you will see the Legal Guardian information displayed.
If the Relation is not a client at this Practice, turn on the toggle and fill in the Client Relation Info.
To delete a Legal Guardian select the 3 dot icon from the dessire Relation that you want to delete.
Select the Delete option.
