In TiQ we understand that the Service Fee can be different for each client, this guide will show you how to edit services and fees of appointments.
From the Navigation Bar, select Calendar iQ
Navigate to the event you want to update and select the Edit icon.
Scroll down until you see the Client Services section.
NOTE: If this is a group appointment this change will be reflected for all clients attached to the appointment.
From there you can:
- Edit the service(s) for the client(s)
- Delete by selecting the trashcan icon
Add more services using the + Add Service button.
If the service name is not changed, the event service's editing will not be affected. The event code will change if the following area is edited:
- Changing the code
- Changing the Fee
- Changing the modifier
NOTE: Changing the Unit of Service will affect the Total Service Fee to the correct total depending on the unit of service.
Ensure the information is correct and select Update Event.
The fees and appointment details will be updated once you update the event.
