From Insurance iQ, select The Claim you would like to edit
Select the three dots on the claim you want to process and then choose Edit
Tip: You can also click directly on the claim to open it.
Make the necessary changes
Note: If a field is not greyed out, it is editable on the claim
Select Submit
You will now see a popup asking you to acknowledge that if any insurance payment has been recorded for this claim, the payment amount could be reset to $0.00 or changed to the amount reflected on the ERA once received.
After confirming, you then will see another popup asking you to confirm if you would like to bill this invoice via the clearinghouse
The submission date will be updated to the latest
