From the Navigation Bar, select Client iQ

On the Client Hub, search for or select your desired client

Within the client's profile, select Client Files

Once on the Client Files, navigate to the 3 dots on the right side of the file you want to download

Select Download‍

TIP: You also have the ability to download the file by clicking on the document’s name

The file will now be downloaded to your device.
