Important: Deleting a client is not reversible. It will remove all references of the client from TherapyiQ. Future appointments will be deleted and past appointments will remain on the calendar but will not be able to be interacted with. This action is not reversible.

The following user roles can delete a client profile:

• Practice Owner
• Practice Administrator
• Clinical Administrator

From the Navigation Bar on your left-hand side, select Client iQ

Select the client you want to delete, to access the profile

‍

‍

Within the client profile scroll to the bottom and select the red Delete button

‍

Type Delete into the box and select Confirm.
