Though you can create a Treatment Plan from the Client Profile, in TiQ, you also have the ability to create a treatment plan from a calendar event:

On Calendar iQ, select the event for which you need to complete a Treatment Plan for

Navigate to the Documentation icon and select Tx Plan

Select Next on the pop-up message.

Complete the form by adding the necessary fields and select Save & Close or Submit.
