In TiQ you have the ability to add a Pin based signature, in this guide, we'll walk you through simple steps to establish a secure and efficient PIN-based signature for your electronic documents
From any pages within TIQ, select the dropdown arrow near your User Name
You will now see a dropdown menu
From the dropdown menu, Select Profile
You will now be redirected to your user profile
From here you can switch the toggle to activate next to Add a pin signature signature?
To pin based signature, select the pencil icon.
A popup will now appear for you to enter your pin and signature
On the Pin Based Signature Page, after you add 4 digit pin and your signature, select Confirm to save
Note: The Pin is private to the user that created it, meaning admins and/or other users are unable to view or edit the saved pin
On documents, you will now be able to add your pin for efficient signature
