How to Contact TiQ Support

Whether you have a technical issue, need guidance, or simply have a question, our team is here ready to help. This guide will walk you through the different ways you can reach out to our dedicated support team.

Note: To be sure we assist you effectively, be sure to provide as much detail as possible, describe what you're trying to do, and what's happening instead. Sharing Client Names, Event Dates, and Screenshots will really help us support you in the best way.

Here are the 2 ways you can contact the TiQ support Team:

Within the TiQ application

Select the Support icon in the bottom left corner of any screen

You can start chatting with one of our team members by typing directly in the text box

Note: Chat support is level 1 support. This means that if an inquiry cannot be resolved via chat, the team member will create a support ticket and escalate the inquiry to level 2.

A team member will message you immediately via chat to address your concerns

You can also send us attachments using the Attachment icon

Once the conversation has ended, you may complete a survey to let us know how we did

By selecting the back button, you can view your previous conversations with us

Direct Email

Contacting us via email is a convenient and effective way to reach our support team especially if no one is available to chat. Just send an email to and a team member will respond within 24 hours.
