From the Navigation Bar, select Practice Manager.

Select the Practice Info tab

Navigate to the Upload Practice's Logo box and select the paper clip icon.

Select the file you wish to use for your logo and open it.

IMPORTANT: Logo must be uploaded in PNG or JPG Format, and size should be less than 2 MB and 1000x1000p

Select Submit at the bottom.
