From the Navigation Bar select Reporting iQ

Within the Ledger, navigate to the line item needed and select the three dots ‍

Select Adjust from the menu option

Add your note in the Adjustment Notes section

Note: This information will not be displayed on the Ledger. If you wish to review the information or make an additional adjustment note - follow the steps above to re-open the adjustment note screen.

Select Confirm to save

Note: When the Ledger is exported - Adjustment Notes will be shown with the appropriate line item.
