Once you have filled out the Typeform, you will receive a welcome email.

The welcome email contains the link to access your TiQ account.

‍When you select the link, you will be redirected to the Create Account page. From here you would need to create a new password.

NOTE: The password must contain at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and special character e.g., ! @ #

Once the login button is selected, a Two Factor Authentication Code Required page will come up.

NOTE: Remember me on this device for 30 days, the checkbox will be auto-selected by default. This means you can access your TiQ account without adding the 2FA validation code for 30 days.

You will receive the 2FA validation code in your email.

NOTE: From the email, you are able to copy and paste the code to make this process easier and faster.

Now you have access to your TiQ account for the first time.
