Navigate to Client iQ.
Select the client who you want to access the contact for.
Once in that client's profile select the Edit icon.
Select the Client Relationship Manager tab.
Once in the relationship manager select the three-dotted menu on the contacts card.
Select the Access Portal button.
Note: You can also send a Reset Password email
You will now be redirected to the contacts portal and will be able to view the contacts portal as they would see it!
