In the upper right-hand corner, click your name, followed by Profile from the drop-down menu.

Select Edit Avatar in the upper right.

In the pop-up window, select the pencil icon in the upper right to choose an image from your computer.

Confirm.

Your Avatar will be displayed in the upper right.
