How to Upload and Access Shared Company Files

All TiQ users within your company can upload and download shared company files using TiQ Practice Files. While all Practice users can upload company files, only administrators can delete files.

From the Navigation Bar, select Practice Manager.

Next to the title you will find the Practice Files button, click on it

Select + New to add a new file to the practice

Add the Document Name and Type, upload the document, and Date the document. 

Submit when completed

You will be brought back to the Practice Files list. Here you will see a list of all files that have been uploaded to your shared practice files.

Select the details icon (3 dots) in the right-hand corner of a file and either Download or Edit.

Note: Only Admins can delete practice files
